Company information.
JAK SAS ORGANIZATION is a legal entity incorporated under Colombian commercial laws, identified with NIT 900.797.337-1, with address and domicile at Carrera 48 No. 32B sur 139; Envigado (Ant); electronic address www.celebritysb.co and email habeasdata@celebritysb.co which hereinafter and for the purposes established in these policies will be called "CELEBRITY FOR MEN".
Legal Framework
In order to guarantee the exercise of the rights of the information holders, CELEBRITY FOR MEN must adjust its commercial operations to the following standards:
- Political Constitution of Colombia.
It establishes the fundamental premises regarding the processing of personal data as a fundamental right (Habeas Data), derived from the right to privacy enshrined in article fifteen (15) and the right to information set forth in article twenty (20).
- Statutory Law 1581 of 2012.
It constitutes the general framework for the protection of personal data in Colombia and seeks to protect the right of all persons to know, update and rectify the information stored in databases or files.
- Regulatory Decree 1273 of 2013.
It entails the first regulation made to Law 1581 of 2012, regarding information processing policies, especially the authorization of the Information Holder for the Processing of their personal data, the exercise of the rights of the Information Holders and the Processing of personal data.
- Statutory Law 1266 of 2008.
It establishes the general provisions of habeas data and regulates the handling of information contained in personal databases, especially financial, credit, services and information from third countries, and dictates other provisions.
- Law 1273 of 2008.
This creates a new protected legal asset called “protection of information and data” and fully protects systems that use information and communications technologies; prescribing criminal liability for the improper handling of personal data.
Definitions
They must serve for the understanding, interpretation and application of the budgets established in these policies:

Authorization . Prior, express, informed and fixed consent that the owner of the information grants to CELEBRITY FOR MEN, to carry out the Processing of personal data.

- Privacy Notice. Communication generated by CELEBRITY FOR MEN, addressed to the Data Controller for the processing of his/her personal data, informing him/her about the existence of the information processing policies that will be applicable to him/her, the way to access them and the purposes of the processing that is intended to be given to the personal data.
- Database. Organized set of personal data that is subject to processing.

Client. Owner of the information that contracts the services and/or products of CELEBRITY FOR MEN.

- Personal data . Any information linked to or capable of being associated with one or more specific or identifiable natural persons.
- Public data. This is data that is not semi-private, private or sensitive. Public data includes, among others, data relating to the civil status of individuals, their profession or occupation and their status as a merchant or public servant. By its nature, public data may be contained in, among others, public records, public documents, official gazettes and bulletins and duly executed court rulings that are not subject to reservation.
- Sensitive data. Data that affect the privacy of the Data Subject or whose misuse may lead to discrimination, such as data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in unions, social organizations, human rights organizations or that promote the interests of any political party or that guarantee the rights and guarantees of opposition political parties, as well as data relating to health, sexual life, and biometric data.
- Semi-private data. Semi-private data is data that is not of an intimate, reserved, or public nature and whose knowledge or disclosure may be of interest not only to its owner but also to a certain sector or group of people or to society in general, such as financial and credit data related to commercial or service activities.
- Private data: This is data that, due to its intimate or reserved nature, is only relevant to the owner.
- Data processor . Natural or legal person, public or private, who alone or in association with others, processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.

- Data controller: Natural or legal person, public or private, who alone or in association with others, decides on the database and/or the processing of data.
- Third parties. This refers to any natural or legal person with whom CELEBRITY FOR MEN has commercial relations as a supplier or similar.
- Holder: Natural person whose personal data is processed.
- Processing. Any operation or set of operations on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, circulation or deletion.
- Transfer. Data transfer occurs when the Controller and/or Processor of personal data, located in Colombia, sends the information or personal data to a recipient, who is also the Controller and is located within or outside the country.
- Transmission. Processing of personal data that involves the communication of these within or outside the territory of the Republic of Colombia when its purpose is to carry out Processing by the Processor on behalf of the Controller.
General principles and postulates.
CELEBRITY FOR MEN, in developing its business model, adjusts its operation to the principles of Good Faith, Legality, Transparency and Security; and will treat the information based on them, whether it is acting as controller or as data processor.
Specific principles
The following principles are mandatory for CELEBRITY FOR MEN:
- Confidentiality principle : Each and every person who administers, manages, updates or has access to information of any kind found in databases undertakes to keep and maintain in a strictly confidential manner and not to disclose to third parties all personal, commercial, accounting, technical, business or any other type of information provided in the execution and exercise of their functions. All persons who currently work or are linked in the future for such purpose, in the administration and management of databases, must sign an additional document or addendum to their employment or services provision contract in order to ensure such commitment. This obligation persists and is maintained even after their relationship with any of the tasks comprising the Treatment has ended.
- Principle of purpose : The use, capture, collection and in general all processing of personal data to which CELEBRITY FOR MEN has access and which is collected and compiled will be subordinate to and serve a legitimate purpose informed to the respective owner of the personal data.
- Principle of comprehensive interpretation of constitutional rights . The law must be interpreted in the sense that constitutional rights are adequately protected, such as habeas data, the right to a good name, the right to honor, the right to privacy and the right to information. The rights of the holders will be interpreted in harmony and in a balanced plane with the right to information provided for in article twenty (20) of the Colombian Political Constitution and with the other applicable constitutional rights.
- Principle of legality : In the use, capture, collection and in general all processing of personal data, the current and applicable provisions that govern the processing of personal data, sectoral data and other related fundamental rights will be applied.
- Principle of freedom : The use, capture, collection and in general all processing of personal data can only be carried out with the prior, express, informed and established consent of the Owner. Personal data may not be obtained or disclosed without prior authorization, or in the absence of a legal, statutory, or judicial mandate that waives consent.
- Security Principle : The personal data and information used, captured, collected and subject to processing by CELEBRITY FOR MEN will be protected to the extent that technical resources and minimum standards allow, through the adoption of technological protection measures, protocols, and all types of administrative measures that are necessary to provide security to the electronic records and repositories, preventing their adulteration, modification, loss, consultation, and in general against any unauthorized use or access.
- Principle of temporality of information . The owner's information may not be processed when it ceases to serve the purpose for which it was collected.
- Principle of transparency : In the use, capture, collection and in general all processing of personal data, the right of the Owner to obtain from CELEBRITY FOR MEN, at any time and without restrictions, information about the existence of any type of information or personal data that is of interest to him or her or that he or she owns must be guaranteed.
- Principle of truthfulness or quality : The information subject to use, capture, collection and processing of personal data must be truthful, complete, accurate, up-to-date, verifiable and understandable. The processing of partial, incomplete, fractional or misleading data is prohibited.
Rights of the owner
Holders who have voluntarily and in compliance with the legal requirements, provided personal data to CELEBRITY FOR MEN, will have the following rights:
- To know, update, rectify and delete the data and revoke the authorization.
- Right of access. Data controllers and processors must establish simple and agile mechanisms that are permanently available to Data Subjects so that they can access the personal data under their control and exercise their rights over them.
- To consult your personal data free of charge: (i) at least once every calendar month, and (ii) whenever there are substantial modifications to the Information Processing Policies that motivate new consultations and under the terms established by law.
- The right to update, rectify and delete data from those responsible for and/or in charge of processing. Pursuant to the principle of truthfulness and quality, reasonable measures must be taken in the processing of personal data to ensure that the personal data stored in the databases are accurate and sufficient and, when requested by the Data Subject or when the Data Controller has been able to notice this, they are updated, rectified or deleted in such a way that they satisfy the purposes of the processing.
- To request proof of the authorization granted to the Data Controller, unless it is expressly excepted as a requirement for the Treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
- To be informed by the Data Controller or the Data Processor, upon request, regarding the use that has been given to your personal data.
- To submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of this law and other regulations that modify, add to or complement it.
- Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when the Processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees. The revocation and/or deletion will proceed when the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce has determined that in the Processing the Controller or Processor has engaged in conduct contrary to this law and the Constitution.
- Exercise the fundamental right to habeas data under the terms of the law, through the use of consultation or claim procedures, without prejudice to other constitutional and legal mechanisms.
Data processing

- Information security and security measures.
In accordance with the security principle established in current regulations, CELEBRITY FOR MEN will adopt the technical, human and administrative measures necessary to ensure the security of the records, preventing their adulteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access.
Harvest
The collection of personal data is carried out according to the purpose to which it is subject, as follows:
- Clients. By completing, subscribing or authorizing, physically, virtually or by telephone, the forms provided for this purpose, independently or integrated into other forms, when accessing the services and/or products offered by CELEBRITY FOR MEN directly or by any of its brands. Also by physically or virtually completing forms generated in advertising, loyalty, expansion or marketing campaigns, whether they are physically or virtually found in the mobile application, on the main web portal or accessory website of CELEBRITY FOR MEN or any of its brands.
- Employees. The data collection of CELEBRITY FOR MEN employees is carried out from the beginning of the selection process, where the use to be given to the information provided is expressly reported, and at the time of employment, the type of data to be collected and the purpose of its collection are detailed in the employment contract.
- Third parties. The collection of personal data from third parties is carried out during preliminary negotiations and during the business relationship, detailing at each stage, either through a contract, agreement or document, what type of data is to be collected and the purpose of its collection.
Authorization and consent
The collection, storage, circulation, deletion and other uses of personal data carried out by CELEBRITY FOR MEN require the free, prior, express and informed consent of the owner of said data.
- Means for granting authorization.
The owner of the information gives his/her consent through the following means:
- Electronic document.
- Physical document.
- Data message.
These mechanisms are established without prejudice to the fact that the informed consent of the owner can be obtained by different means, which guarantee the necessary conditions for this; which allow to conclude unequivocally that it is the will of the owner.
- Proof of authorization .
CELEBRITY FOR MEN, in order to keep the authorization granted by the data owner protected and available, has technical, human and administrative measures that allow for suitable physical or digital storage, which allow determining and accrediting the circumstances of time, manner and place in which the authorization was granted, to guarantee the rights of the owner and maintain unequivocal clarity in its procedures.
- Updating, Rectifying, Deleting and Revoking Authorization
- Updating and correcting data.
To guarantee the rights of the owner of the information, in cases where the owner so requests, CELEBRITY FOR MEN will update and/or rectify the information if it is inaccurate or incomplete; for which it has provided the following mechanisms:
- Through a manager implemented in the mobile application, which establishes step by step how to make the request.
- Through the email address habeasdata@celebritysb.co , detailing the modifications to be made.
- Through a physical request addressed to the Administrative Management of CELEBRITY FOR MEN.
- Data deletion.
To guarantee the rights of the owner of the information, CELEBRITY FOR MEN will, in cases where it is necessary and at the request of the owner, carry out total or partial deletion of the data; for which it has provided the following mechanisms:
- Through a manager implemented in the mobile application, which establishes step by step how to make the request.
- Through the email address habeasdata@celebritysb.co , detailing the modifications to be made.
- Through a physical request addressed to the Administrative Management of CELEBRITY FOR MEN.
CELEBRITY FOR MEN, subject to the law, may not delete the data when the owner is subject to contractual, legal, administrative and/or judicial obligations that require permanence for their proper fulfillment.
- Revocation of authorization.
CELEBRITY FOR MEN, at the request of the owner and using the physical and electronic mechanisms intended for this purpose, will accept the request for total or partial revocation of the authorization granted, for which the treatment will be terminated, provided that there are no contractual, legal, administrative or judicial obligations in force; which require permanence for their proper fulfillment.
- Data collected
The data collected by CELEBRITY FOR MEN is of public, private, semi-private and possibly from minors; in each situation, its collection is adjusted to the prescriptions given by law for its proper treatment.
- Purpose
The personal data provided by the owner to CELEBRITY FOR MEN, as the controller, will be processed for storage, circulation (transfer and transmission), deletion, processing, compilation, updating, communication and/or provision, all in compliance with current regulations and for the following general purposes:
- For the fulfillment of appointment scheduling services.
- To provide information about products, services and their quality.
- For the fulfillment of acquired commercial or labor obligations.
From the moment the data is provided by the owner to CELEBRITY FOR MEN, the latter will send a Privacy Notice to inform of the existence of these policies and how to access them, where the specific purpose of the treatment is defined, which in each case will be:
Customers.
In accordance with the principle of purpose, the data will be processed for: 1) Creation of a profile in the customer database; 2) Physical communications (telephone [calls and/or text messages] or written) or virtual communications related to services, products, promotions, advice, events, venues, trends, schedules, changes in services or products; 3) Physical communications (telephone [calls and/or text messages] or written) or virtual communications related to marketing, advertising, sales, billing, collection, service, validations, verifications, payment information; 4) Communication to the public and/or making available videos or images in the media, web portal and social networks of CELEBRITY FOR MEN, related solely and exclusively to attendance at its venues; 5) Transfer and/or transmission to third parties in charge, subsidiaries, allies, contractors, subcontractors, distributors and other third parties linked or not to CELEBRITY FOR MEN for the same purposes established in these policies.
Employees.
The personal data provided by CELEBRITY FOR MEN employees will be processed to fulfill the obligations that arise from the employment relationship that unites them and for the specific purposes established at the beginning of the relationship. The personal information of applicants and former employees of CELEBRITY FOR MEN will be processed for 1) Sending physical communications (telephone [calls and/or text messages] or written) or virtual communications related to services, products, promotions, advice, events, locations, schedules, changes in services or products; 2) Sending physical communications (telephone [calls and/or text messages] or written) or virtual communications related to marketing, advertising, sales, billing, collections, service, validations, verifications, vacancies; 3) Storage for statistical and profiling purposes; 4) Transfer and/or transmission to third parties, subsidiaries, allies, contractors, subcontractors, distributors and other third parties linked or not to CELEBRITY FOR MEN for the same purposes established in these policies.
Third parties.
The personal data provided by third parties (suppliers, collaborators, allies) of CELEBRITY FOR MEN, both in the pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual stages, will be processed in order to fulfill the obligations that arise from the relationship that unites them, for the specific purposes established at the beginning of the relationship and for the following purposes: 1) Creation of the third party's resume; 2) Physical communications (telephone [calls and/or text messages] or written) or virtual communications related to services, products, promotions, advice, events, venues, programming, changes in services or products; 3) Physical communications (telephone [calls and/or text messages] or written) or virtual communications related to marketing, advertising, sales, billing, collections, service, validations, verifications, payment information; 4) Transfer and/or transmission to third parties, subsidiaries, allies, contractors, subcontractors, distributors and other third parties linked or not to CELEBRITY FOR MEN for the same purposes established in these policies.
Temporality
The personal data collected, stored and processed by CELEBRITY FOR MEN will be stored for the time in which they are useful for the purposes for which they were collected, which is considered ten (10) years or until the time in which the owner of the data exercises his right to know, update or rectify his information and requests the deletion of these from the CELEBRITY FOR MEN repositories.
Privacy Notice
It is understood as the communication made by any suitable means generated by CELEBRITY FOR MEN, addressed to the data owner, informing him/her about the existence of the present policies that will be applicable to him/her, the way to access them and the characteristics of the treatment of the information.
Procedures for queries and complaints
The owner of the data processed or the person who according to the law has the legitimacy to do so, may initiate a request for consultation or claim to CELEBRITY FOR MEN, under the following terms:
Consultations.
They will be carried out through the means enabled by CELEBRITY FOR MEN, that is, through:
- Through a manager implemented in the mobile application, which establishes step by step how to make the request.
- Through the email address habeasdata@celebritysb.co , detailing the modifications to be made.
- Through a physical request addressed to the Administrative Management of CELEBRITY FOR MEN.
Consultation requests will be attended to within a maximum period of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt.
If it is not possible to respond to the query within this period, the interested party will be informed before the expiration of ten (10) days, stating the reasons for the delay and indicating the date on which the query will be responded to, which in no case may exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the first period.
Claims.
When the owner considers that the information provided should be corrected, updated or deleted, or when they notice the alleged breach of any of the duties contained in the Law, they may submit a claim to CELEBRITY FOR MEN, through:
- Through a manager implemented in the mobile application, which establishes step by step how to make the request.
- Through the email address habeasdata@celebritysb.co , detailing the modifications to be made.
- Through a physical request addressed to the Administrative Management of CELEBRITY FOR MEN
Paragraph. The formal and substantive content that the claim must contain is prescribed in article fifteen (15) of law 1581 of 2012.
Guarantees of the Right of Access.
In accordance with the principles and rights enshrined in the law, CELEBRITY FOR MEN will guarantee the right of access to the owner of the personal data or to anyone who proves legitimacy according to the law, through:
- Through a manager implemented in the mobile application, which establishes step by step how to make the request.
- Through the email address habeasdata@celebritysb.co , detailing the modifications to be made.
Responsible area
From the time these policies come into force, the Administrative Management of CELEBRITY FOR MEN will be responsible for guaranteeing the right of access of the information holders.
Validity
These personal information processing policies are effective as of the tenth (01) of August, two thousand twenty-three (2023).
